Eurozammen Marketplace aims to provide a transparent, secure, and reliable environment for buyers and sellers throughout the European Union.
This Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy explains how complaints may be handled on the Platform and clarifies the responsibilities of buyers, sellers, and Eurozammen.
- Role of Eurozammen
Eurozammen acts solely as an intermediary online marketplace platform.
Eurozammen is not a seller, reseller, distributor, manufacturer, importer, exporter, or contracting party in transactions concluded between buyers and sellers.
All contracts for the sale of products or services are concluded directly between the buyer and the seller.
The seller remains solely responsible for product quality, product safety, pricing, delivery, warranties, customer support, returns, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Customer Complaints
In the event of any issue relating to:
• Product quality
• Product safety
• Product descriptions
• Delivery delays
• Damaged goods
• Missing items
• Returns
• Refunds
• Warranty claims
• Payment-related matters
Customers must contact the seller directly using the contact details provided on the Platform.
Sellers are responsible for handling complaints in accordance with applicable European Union and national consumer protection laws.
- Platform Assistance
Eurozammen may, at its sole discretion, assist in facilitating communication between buyers and sellers.
Any assistance provided by Eurozammen is voluntary and does not create any legal obligation to investigate, mediate, resolve, or decide disputes.
Eurozammen does not guarantee any specific outcome and is not responsible for dispute resolution results.
- Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
Consumers residing within the European Union may have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
Where applicable, consumers may consult the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution resources or any successor system established under European Union legislation.
- Limitation of Platform Liability
Eurozammen is not responsible for:
• Product defects
• Product safety issues
• Delivery failures
• Delivery delays
• Seller conduct
• Refund disputes
• Warranty disputes
• Chargebacks
• Payment disputes
• Tax matters
• Regulatory compliance failures
• Losses resulting from actions or omissions of buyers or sellers
Users acknowledge that Eurozammen does not control and cannot guarantee the performance, conduct, or compliance of individual sellers.
- Consumer Arbitration
Unless required by applicable law, Eurozammen is not obligated and does not agree to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration boards, mediation services, or alternative dispute resolution bodies.
- Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations
Eurozammen reserves the right to investigate complaints involving suspected fraud, abuse, illegal activities, intellectual property infringement, safety concerns, or violations of Platform policies.
The Platform may suspend accounts, remove listings, restrict access, or take any reasonable action necessary to protect users, legal compliance, and the integrity of the Platform.
- Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, together with any mandatory provisions of applicable European Union law.
- Changes to this Policy
Eurozammen reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time.
